How to Brush the correct way: |

| 1. Use a soft toothbrush and proper toothpaste in adequate amount. For whole gentle cleaning. After each meal, or minimum two times a day. |

| 2. Hold your brush at a 45-degree angle. |
 |

| 3. Start brushing gently in front teeth. |
 |
| 4. Use back and forth motion. |
 |
| 5. Next, brush the back teeth from outside. |
 |
